Love ya much buddy, your Channel 102 show is awesome, but you have to lose some weight. The Defenders of Stan is one of the greatest pieces of comedy media ever and I can handle an out of shape Captain Ultra, but not a flabby one. You are a good looking guy, you shouldn’t let yourself go.
